Bison County is a great place if you're looking for reasonably priced barbecue in Waltham. They specialize in (if you haven't guessed from the name) bison meat, a healthier alternative to beef, although you can find all of the regular standbys there too. Don't bother visiting if you're a vegetarian. If you're a meat-eater, though, be ready to eat when you arrive—portion sizes are big. The service is friendly, and it's cool to watch the cooks grill your food if you sit in the dining room instead of near the bar. Prices are fair for the amount of food that you get, especially considering how delicious it is. Try the bison burger if you get a chance; you can claim you're eating healthy and enjoy a great meal.- Emily Kraus
